3D/4D ultrasound is a new technology that makes life like images possible.
What is the best time for a 3D/4D ultrasound?
We recommend 28-32 weeks as the "ideal time" for a 3D/4D scan. But it can be done at any gestational age
Will I always get a perfect picture of my baby?
The quality of your images depends on several factors including amniotic fluid volume, fetal position and maternal weight. If you are not completely satisfied with your session, you may try again at a later date for a small sitting fee.
Can you tell me the gender of my baby?
We can determine the gender most of the time. However, this will also depend on the baby’s position.
How many people can be in the room during my ultrasound?
We allow as many family members/friends as you would like.
Who will perform my Baby Debut scan?
Your Baby Debut scan will be performed by a registered (ARDMS) sonographer with over 20 years experience in OB/GYN diagnostic ultrasound. Baby Debut will provide you with 2D, 3D, and 4D images of your baby. Baby Debut is for entertainment purposes only.
Will my insurance cover this?
No. This is an elective service.
What should I do prior to my session?
Eat and drink as you normally would and do not empty your bladder immediately prior to your procedure. Hydrate well for 2 days leading up to your appointment.
